Florida couple zapped child with stun gun and force-fed dog feces, cops say

A Florida couple are accused after abusing children by shocking them with a stun gun and forcing them to eat dog feces, according to authorities.

Dannie Lee Bullock and Amber Nicole Waldrop of Parker, in North Florida’s Bay County, appeared in court on Thursday, according to nwdailynews.com. Bullock, 33, was charged with aggravated child abuse and Waldrop, 31, was charged with child neglect. The couple also face drug charges.

According to the report, the Parker Police Departnment has been investigating since the end of July. Bullock and Waldrop are not married but live together with four children, according to nwdailynews.com.

Police say one or more of the children were punished with an “electronic stunning device to shock the child causing bruising.” The child also was forced to eat dog feces, according to the report.

Officers wrote in arrest reports that three other children in the Florida Panhandle home witnessed the "malicious punishment," The Associated Press reported.
